CK Promotes Kingsbery and Morrow to Partnership

With CK since 2018, Phil Morrow joined the firm following nearly a decade of public service with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office Appeals Division. Drawing on his substantial prosecutorial experience, Phil helps CK’s healthcare and corporate clients navigate complex criminal and civil disputes, in addition to all manner of investigations, increasingly in those matters where both overlap.

Paul Kingsbery came aboard at CK in 2022. A versatile litigator, Paul focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular savvy in both prosecuting and defending disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery among other courts of equity.
