NEWARK, NJ: Calcagni & Kanefsky LLP continues to bolster its team of white-collar and commercial litigators, welcoming Counsel Joshua Sherman and Associate Corey Repasy.
Josh Sherman joins CK with significant experience in regulatory and government securities enforcement. Josh served as Senior Counsel within FINRA’s Enforcement Department, handling matters involving allegations of fraud, unauthorized transactions, supervision, outside business activities, and private securities transactions. Before his post at FINRA, Josh served as Assistant Section Chief of the Securities Fraud Prosecution Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, handling and supervising securities litigation and investigations on behalf of the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, the state regulator for New Jersey’s securities industry.

Corey Repasy began her legal career as a judicial clerk for Judge David Ironson of the Superior Court of New Jersey and most recently worked with an international litigation firm.
