Overview

We understand the value of your time and the cost of litigation to your company’s relationships, reputation, and bottom line. CK’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team offers innovative and efficient alternatives to traditional litigation focused on confidentially resolving complex challenges with an eye trained on neutrality, timeliness, and affordability.

Our ADR team is comprised of former federal and state prosecutors and top government officials, seasoned trial lawyers, and certified mediators lead by Deb Gramiccioni, former Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, and Ralph Marra, former Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey and General Counsel to the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. Their collective experience includes presiding over, managing, and resolving matters involving sensitive business, commercial, partnership, workplace, internal, personal injury, and family court disputes.

We are problem-solvers. As neutrals, we carefully consider the parties’ interests and work with them to find the right solution. Parties hire us as mediators, neutral fact-finders, case evaluators, internal hearing officers, and private judges, and courts appoint us as independent monitors and special adjudicators.
